Any on-mountain property, from a studio condo to a single family home, is eligible for the seasonal rental program.
Lease Terms
Leases are usually 6 months, from Nov 1 to May 1, depending on the owner’s needs.
Utilities & Expenses
Leases outline payment schedules, security deposits and the renter’s financial responsibilities.
